Description

NA SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. Services are required for the project titled WAAR999094B – Construct Aircraft Parking Apron. Work involves construction of a new 26,540 SY Portland cement aircraft parking apron, and construction of new asp halt service roads. The project also includes primary underground electric, aircraft grounding points, utility meter for water, communications hand holes, PVC pre-molded conduit and wiring to include fiber optics and guard shacks. The associated site work includes earth moving, installation of a class 4 reinforced pipe for storm drainage, installation of new 12” ductile iron water main, new fire hydrants and valves, concrete sidewalks, temporary graveled access road, contractors staging area, chain link fen ce, and landscaping. Demolition includes offsite disposal of all construction debris. Technical questions should be directed to LtCol Mark Gebhard, 178 FW/CE, at 937-327-2279. Total estimate for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Plans an d specifications will be available for inspection without charge at 2811 W Dublin-Granville Rd, Columbus, Ohio in the Purchasing and Contracting Office or by contacting LtCol Mark Gebhard. This procurement is full and open competition. The North American i ndustrial classification (NAIC) code is 234110. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more that $27.5 Million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The Solicitation package will be approximately $150.00 and is non-refundable. Key Blue Prints, Inc., 6175 Shamrock Court, Dublin, Ohio 43017, will issue solicitation packages.
