Description

NA The Defense Contrating Command-Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Dupuy Institute, 1497 Chain Bridge Road, McLean, VA. 22101 to procure technical and specialized services to establish an essential research capability initiative to determine the effect of urban operations on force rations, outcomes, casualty rates, armor loss rates, time, and advance rates for the Center for Army Analysis, Fort Belvoir, VA. for one year. See Note 22. No solicitation will be issued. All respo nsible sources may identify their interest and submit a written capabilities statement.
