Description

NA USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the update and refinement of the BLIS-IFC data import capability for Parametric Cost Estimating System (PACES). Period of service will be no later than 30 December 2002. This proposed pro curement will be awarded on a sole-source basis under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price order with the Earth Tech due to proprietary consideration. Request for DACA2-02-T-0109 will be issued o n or about 13 May 2002 with a closing date of 28 May 2002.
