- Description
- This notice amends the presolicitation / synopsis issued on 4/12/02. The Government intends to solicit proposals for support of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) aboard Navy Ships. The ATMs-at-Sea system is a self-contained automated pay delivery system that allows users ready access to their funds 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Government?s intention is to contract for software and hardware maintenance, installation and deinstallation of systems, acquisition and installation of new systems, training and consumable supplies required to support the shipboard ATMs. Hardware and software support will be required on ship in selected ports in the United States and in selected overseas ports worldwide. The solicitation is structured to allow for multiple awards, if deemed in the best interest of the Government. In addition, the solicitation will reserve a portion for small busine sses. Interested parties MUST register as a ?Supplier? in the NAVICP eProcurement tool at http://govauctions.procuri.com. Each registered supplier should send notification of successful registration via email to wayne_p_gleixner@icpmech.navy.mil. Upon the availability of the solicitation each registered supplier will be notified via email of the invitation to participate in this acquisition. Upon invitation to participate in this acquisition each registered supplier can gain access to the solicitation at http://govauctions.procuri.com. Solicitation N00104-02-R-Q209 will be made electronically available on or around 29 April 2002 through Wednesday, 29 May 2002, 2:00 P.M. E.S.T. to those suppliers registered at http://govauctions.procuri.com. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-APR-2002).
