- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F739020980100 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 811310 with an $6 million size standard. Contractors shall submit a quote for the entire project listing labor and materials separate. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.**** WORK DESCRIPTION ************************************************************************First Item**Repair one (1) 425 HP Chiller Motor, Siemens Serial 2-51-557-385-018-4 --Required work; rewind inverter duty wire, replace bearings and rebalance rotor.****Second Item**Repair one (1) 425 Chiller Motor, Toshiba --Required work; rewind inverter duty wire and replace bearings. Repairs must begin within 5 calendar days of award and be completed within 30 calendar days of award.**** The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award. Price- The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes for the total price for the requirement.
