- Solicitation Number SP0450-02-R-4640, ARG01313054624, NSN 8120-01-085-2733, Cylinder, Compass, Gas, Oxygen, Steel, Shatterproof, Seamless 3.703 IN DIA by 13.375 IN. Length, ? IN. ANPT Internal Neck Thread, Round Bottom. All requirements of DOT SPEC 3AA1800, MIL SPEC. MIL-C-7905G, Amend #1, and MIL STD MS 26545R, P/N MS26545A1X0096 Apply for the Manufacturer of the Cylinder. Cylinder shall be equipped with Valve Per MIL-V-9439D and Amend 2 Thereto. QPL Applies for the Purchase of the Cylinder. This NSN has Qualified Product List (QPL) requirements. Qualification must be in accordance with the cited Specifications/Standards. See Section L, Provision 52.211-9G13 for ordering such data. NOTE: The Source for this item must be certified and QPL approved at time of contract award. Cylinders shall be boxed. This is a Unrestricted/ Critical Application Item/QAP 010 applies. Line Item 0001 Quantity is 1,060 (Est.) Ea, 30 days ARO go SRU. This Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for an estimated 1,060 each for One (1) year with an option to extend the contract for Four (4) years. Automated Best Value System applies (ABVS) The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The Solicitation will issue on May 3, 2002 with a closing date of May 28, 2002.
