- Solicitation Number SP0450-02-QN-308, ARG02043054601, NSN 6810-00-242-3643, Formaldehyde Solution, ACS. D.O.T. Class 9. Shipping Name: Formaldehyde, Solutions, UN2209. Unit Quantity is 1 Pint in a Glass Bottle. Each Unit/Immediate/Container Label or Marking shall include the actual Lot Analysis for assay and weight percentage Limits of Impurities Conforming to the Latest applicable requirements of the American Chemical Society Specifications for Purity of Chemical Reagents. Solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses/Critical Application Item, Shelf Life applies. This Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for One (1) year with an estimated Annual Demand Quantity of 209 with an Option to extend the contract for 4 Years. ARO is 125 for Stock Items and 90 Days ARO for Direct Vendor Deliveries. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the Solicitation. This Solicitation will issue on May 6, 2002 with a closing date of May 30, 2002.
