- Description
- Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to negotiate with responsible concerns for the establishment of one or more Indefinite Quantity contracts for the support of hydraulic fluids. NSN 9150-01-386-6687 is produced in accordance with Mil-H-87257 and a QPL exists. NSNs 9150-00-985-7237, 9150-00-985-7231 and 9150-00-985-7234 are produced in accordance with Mil-H-17672 and a QPL exists. NSN 9150-00-159-4472 is produced in accordance with Mil-H-6083E and a QPL exists. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standarization documents is available at http://assist.daps.mil or http://dodssp.daps.mil. The resulting contract or contracts will have a base period of one year and four, one year options. Delivery orders will be issued to order each NSN. The solicitation contains the estimated annual demand for DVD locations and Stock locations; guaranteed minimum quantities per year and annual contract maximums as well as delivery order minimums and maximums. All material to be shipped FOB Other to DVD locations and FOB Destination to stock locations. First delivery order to be inspected at origin; all others at destination. This is a 50% Small business set-aside. See note 23 regarding Qualification Requirements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation.
