Description

The purpose of this contractual agreement is to acquire the necessary supplies/services of a local company who can provide Bread Products on a weekly basis. The items to be purchase are as follows and shall contain no animal fat: (1) Rolls, hoagie/submarine, fresh, sliced, white, hearth baked, 6/PG; (2) Bread, White Fresh, sliced, pan baked, sandwich, enrich, 24 oz.; (3) Bread, Rye Fresh, sliced, pan baked, round top, 16 oz. PG; (4) Bread, Wheat Fresh, pan baked, sandwich, 24 oz. PG; (5) Rolls, Frankfurter, Fresh, sliced, white, pan baked, enriched, 8/PG; (6) Rolls, Dinner Fresh, white, pan baked, split top, enriched, 10 per 13 oz. PG; and (7) Rolls, Hamburger Fresh, white, pan baked, enriched, 12/PG., (8) Kosher Bread, White, Fresh, in 16 oz - 24 oz. PG, and (9) Kosher Bread, Whole Wheat, Fresh, in 16 oz. - 24 oz. PG. Results to be obtained will be entirely within the Contractor's own unsupervised determination. The Contractor will not be subject to Government supervision and the Contract shall not have the appearance of a employer-employee relationship, however the Government reserves the right to monitor the Contractor's performance to insure he is in compliance with the Scope of Work. The award of this Contract shall be based on the lowest priced offered to the Government resulting in the best value to the Government.
