Description

The purpose of this contractual agreement is to acquire the necessary supplies/services from a local company who shall provide weekly deliveries of the following items at a Firm-Fixed price for the duration of the contract: (1) Milk, Reduced Fat (2%), Half-Pints(?) Plastic Fiber; (2) Milk Reduced Fat (2%) Bulk 5,6 or 7 Gallon Container; (3) Milk, Skim(Non-Fat), Half-Pints(?), Plastic Fiber; (4) Milk, Skim(Non-Fat),Bulk 5,6 or 7 Gallon Containers; (5) Milk Chocolate, Bulk 5,6 or 7 Gallon Container; (6) Milk, Chocolate Low-Fat, Half-Pints (?) Plastic Fiber; (7) Sour Cream, Cultured or Acidified, 5 LB Plastic Fiber and (8) Cheese, Cottage, TYPE III, (REGULAR) SUBGROUP 1 OR 2, CLASS1, (UNFLAVORED) STYLE A OR B,(Small or Large Curd), 5 LB Plastic Fiber as stated by the Delivery Schedule provided to the Contractor. Results to be obtained will be entirely within the Contractor's own unsupervised determination. The Contractor will not be subject to Government supervision and the contract shall not have the appearance of a employer-employee relationship, however the Government reserves the right to monitor the Contractor's performance to insure he is in compliance with the Scope of Work and SOW. The award of this Contract shall be based on the lowest priced offered to the Government resulting in the best value to the Government.
