Description: Work includes but not limited to abating lead-based paint (LBP) from concrete masonary units (CMU), and repainting to match existing exterior coatings, on the South elevation of Building 616, located at Luke AFB, Arizona in strict accordance with the developed specifications and drawings, Project Number NUEX02-1301-4. The magnitude of this project is estimated between $25K and $100K. A bid and performance bond will be required. The proposed acquisition is being set-aside for certified HubZone small businesses. The request for proposal will be available for down loading on or about 26 Apr 02.
