- Reference the Questions and Answers previously issued on 12 April 2002, question 1a as to the estimated level of effort - the answer is changed from 8.5 to 9.0. Reference question 1e as to the estimated level of effort for LNO in Washington, DC - the answer is changed from .5 to 1.0. Reference the RFP letter dated 12 April 2002 - the proposal due date is Wed, 24 April 2002 versus Mon, 24 April 2002. The correct phone numbers for the POCs are as follows: Mr William Brooks (719)556-4550; Mr Carroll Thompkins (719)556-6134. The phone numbers listed in the notice are hardwired and we are trying to get them changed.
