- NA Pine Bluff Arsenal intends to award under the authroity of FAR 6.302-1 on a sole source basis a purchase order for parts, labor and travel to furnish Hardware/Software support for Cabletron Standard Package (Lancare)which includes software upgrades for one year. There is no solicitation document for this acquisition. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement or submit future proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action base d upon responses is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered only for the purpose of determining whether to compete future procurements.
