- NA The North Atlantic Division (NAD), US Army Corps of Engineers announces its 2002 Small Business Conference and Opportunities Fair. The event will be held May 15 and 16, 2002, at the Holiday Inn Philadelphia Stadium, 10th & Packer Streets, Philadelphia, PA . The conference will offer workshops covering various subjects related to small business opportunities in federal acquisition. In addition, it will allow for direct discussion, counseling, and assistance between the various District Deputies for Small Business (representing Philadelphia, Baltimore, Norfolk, New England and New York Districts), Chiefs of Contracting as well as District Commanders within NAD. Prime contractors who are performing or have performed on NAD Corps contracts will be available to discuss current subcontracting o r partnering opportunities. Registration is highly recommended prior to attendance.
