- NA NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional informatio n included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation--a written solicitation will not be issued. There is no solicitation number, for reference use PR Number W81GNX-2067-2001. The National Ground Intelligence Center, Charlottes ville, VA. is soliciting a sole source commercial-item purchase order (under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5) with APCOM Inc., Gathersburg, MD. The proposed acquisition is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1. This action is for the purchase of APCOM Model 5016 MPC-1 Multi-Purpose Chassis; APCOM Model 5016 PS-1 Power Supply; APCOM Model 5016 VCA-1x6 Video Channel Amplifier One Inpu t, Six Outputs; APCOM Model 5016 VCA-1x6(A) Video Channel Amplifier One Input, Six Outputs (With Gain Control Knobs); APCOM Model 5016 VCU-3x3 Video Conditioning Unit; APCOM Model 5016 BP-1 Blank Panels; APCOM Model 9050-T Versatile Frequency Converter; M odel 3850 ADR-X (Note 1) Advanced Digital Receiver/Demodulator Simultaneous AM/FM/PM/AM Log Detected Outputs Wideband 140 MHz IF Output (via optional 1610 RBC) IDB-DECL, 12 Bit DECL Input Independently Selectable AM/ FM Filters for both Narrow and Wide Band Applications 14 Selectable IF Bandwidths Pre-D Analog and Digital Outputs; Model 3850 ADR Options: Model 1610 RFC-40(C) RF to Baseband Converter Module Frequency Range: 40 MHz to 3000 MHz Bandwidth: 40 MHz Model 1610 SYN-140 (C) VME Synthesizer Modul e Note 1: The complete model number for Item configured with optional Items the Model 3850-ADR-9 Advanced Digital Receiver / Demodulator.
