- Description
- GSA, FSS intends to establish a "not to exceed" one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number 5130 00 924 6396. The one-year estimate stated below is only an estimate based on the last three years demand. The period of the Standing Price Quote could be for one month up to one year, but will not exceed one year. This NSN's is part of the GSA's Stock Program. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery in 30 days or less and a minimum order of no more than $50.00. In addition to the clauses that accompany all purchase orders issued from GSA, the following clauses also apply; 552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction - Hand or Measuring Tools (which states all items must be domestic made), D-FSS-475 Bar Coding, and 552.246-70 Source Inspection.
