- Indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity building repair and alterations work, to include primarily interior general construction projects, Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado. Request for Proposal Number GS-08P-02-JAD-0500 will be issued on or about April 19, 2002, site visit/tour on or about April 24, 2002, pre-proposal conference on or about April 25, 2002, with proposals due on or about May 24, 2002. The technical proposal shall be evaluated on past performance, experience, management controls and participation in the site visit/tour and pre-performance conference. The technical and price proposal shall be submitted in two separate envelopes. The source selection board will entertain oral presentations on or about June 4 & 5, 2002, with the greatest value award on or about June 21, 2002. The firm fixed price contract notice to proceed will be issued on or about July 1, 2002, with work commencing on August 1, 2002. Pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Small Business Program, the procurement XXXXXXXXXXXXX utilizing NAICS Code 233320, entitled, Building Alterations, non-residential, commercial, & institutional (general construction), with a size standard of $27.5 million. Large business concerns shall not be considered. The base period is twelve months, with two twenty-four month options. The estimated price range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000, with a guaranteed minimum per twelve-month period of $150,000 and a maximum order limitation per twelve-month period of $1,000,000.
