Description

UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 1440 rentable square feet in Great Falls, Montana. The space must be contiguous on the second floor or above. Rentable space must yield approximately 1250 usable square feet for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, must not lie within the 100-year flood plain, and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state, and federal levels as they may apply. Such space shall be ready for occupancy no later than February 1, 2003. The government is seeking a lease term of 10 years with 5 years firm. The initial tenant will be Federal Bureau of Investigation. Space offered must be located within the following delineated area: 2nd Ave. North (north), 2nd Ave. South (south), North Park Dr. (west), 6th St. North (east). Historic buildings are highly encouraged to offer. Only properties that are contained within these boundaries or which front directly on them and meet or are capable of meeting the above criteria will be considered for this procurement.
