- The USDA - Forest Service, Eastern Region, is soliciting prices for Call When Needed (CWN) Water Scooping Aircraft Services. General location for standby flight services is the Superior National Forest, however, flight services could be located among forests in the Great Lakes Area (Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin). Period of performance is approx. April 1, 2002 through November 15, 2002. This solicitation will be open to large and small businesses. No hard copies of this solicitation will be issued unless specifically requested. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-FEB-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 17-APR-2002.
