Description
SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment for installation of two 20-foot, hinged type fiberglass poles, two 250-watt hps lighting fixtures on each pole, two 1X2X2 underground fiberglass pull boxes, underground wiring in pvc conduct encased in concrete. Work shall be performed at U.S. Coast Guard Station Georgetown, Georgetown, South Carolina. The performance period is fifty-nine (59) calendar days from award date. The estimated price range is between $0 and $25,000. Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive quoter. The anticipated award date is April 17, 2002. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program Emerging Small Business Reserve. Only quotations from Emerging Small Business (ESB) shall be considered by this agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235310 with a size standard of $12.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be accepted; THIS SOLICITATION IN ITS ENTIERTY IS AVAILABLE ON LINE AT HTTP://WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV UNDER THE ABOVE SOLICITATION NUMBER. The Department of Transportation (DOT), offers working capital financing and bonding assistance for transportation related contracts. DOT?s Bonding Assistance Program (BAP) offers bid, performance and payment bonds on contracts up to $1,000,00. DOT?s Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers lines of credit to finance accounts receivable. Maximum line of credit is $500,000 with interest at the prime rate.
