- NA Maintenance with Firmware Upgrades for Enterasys at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, for the period of 1 August 2002 through 31 July 2003. VENDORS SHALL BE AUTHORIZED ENTERASYS RESELLERS FOR THESE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE PROGRAMS. Technical telephone support i s to be available on a twenty four (24) hour per day, seven (7) days per week from ENTERASYS Global Call Center to provide assistance and to answer questions regarding troubleshooting, configurations, or any support related topic as it relates to the use o f ENTERASYS equipment. Vendor is to provide software updates for covered products listed and provide telephone assistance for the installation of Upgrades. There will be no paper copies for this solicitation mailed.
