- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a firm-fixed priced order under NAVAIR Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00019-00-G-0325 for Contractor Test and Evaluation (CT&E) Flight Test Services for the AGM-88 Weapon System Prototype Hardware. NAVAIR intends to negotiate this order on a sole source basis with Raytheon Company, Missile Systems, PO Box 11337, Tucson, AZ, 85734-1337. Raytheon is the designer, developer, and sole qualified manufacturer of the HARM missile and related components and equipment, and as such, is the only firm with the HARM expertise, facilities, specialized support equipment, and highly skilled personnel necessary to provide the required services in a timely manner for the purposes of meeting the fleet's operational needs.
