- Description
- Dover Air Force Base wishes to rent the following equipment and services for the Open House andAir Show on 25 and 26 May 2002. One, 26 foot; climate controlled mobile air show operations tower complete with the following: ? four VHF air to ground transceivers ? two UHF air to ground transceivers ? dual altimeters ? wind speed and direction system ? Air Traffic Control signal light gun ? 5000 foot maximum flight line sound ? wireless remote sound system ? wireless microphone system (2 handheld microphones) ? two hard wire microphones ? capability to receive remote wireless feed ? one back up generator. The Contractor will provide, with regard to the above-described equipment, the following services:(a.) Installation of the equipment in the positions designated by the government, insofar as such positions are deemed feasible and appropriate by the contractor;(b.) Maintenance of all such equipment in good operating condition at all times during the Show; and(c.) Operation of the sound system during each scheduled performance of the Show.
