Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The 374 Contracting Squadron (374 CONS), Yokota Air Base, Japan, anticipate issuing solicitation to acquire Improvement Military Family Housing(MFH) at Yokota Air Base. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary for improvements to MFH, 4 Tower Buildings and 1 Senior Officer Quarter (SOQ). Work on this project shall include, but not limited to renovate 281 family housing units (include SOQ) with asbestos abatement, providing interior walls, fixtures and accessories, air conditioning, fire protection system, plumbing, interior finishes, cabinetry, electrical, and other incidental work at Yokota Air Base. The performance period for this project is 540 calendar days. The magnitude of this construction project is more than Y1,334,000,000.(Yen) Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. This notice serves as preliminary information and does not obligate the government to award a contract, restrict the government in its ultimate acquisition approach, or obligate the government to pay for proposal cost.
