Description
NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DAAD05-02-T-0398. This requirement shall be awarded on an ?all or none? basis. CLIN 0001 Magazine Cartridge, 20 round for 7.62 mm M14 Rifle, QTY 12 ,000. Requisition Numbers BEND9N2105Y001. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Origin. Items shall be available for pickup within 45 days of contract award. Shipping will be performed by the cognizant DCMC office. The vendor shall include the location from which the items will be shipped. The cognizant DCMC office will be determined upon award, and the name, address and phone number of that DCMC office will be provided. The contractor shall contact the DCMC office to arrange tran sportation. All information regarding items shall be provided to the DCMC office. The DCMC office will require approximately 7-10 days notification prior to the items being picked up for shipment to Estonia. The contractor shall mark the outside of each package in accordance with the Ship To and Mark For instructions. The contractor shall provide the technical point of contact with shipping information (i.e., date shipped, how shipped, GBL numbers, etc) and a copy of the packing list. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requirement, FMS Case EN-B-UAJ. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) a re Price and Past Performance, and less important than price. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
