TACOM invites your response and comments on the Market Survey below and on the referenced Pur chase Description. We value your feedback and will consider all issues raised. What are the general capabilities of your company for producing pumps? What are the general attributes of the your portable commercial pumps? (e.g. range of sizes, cost, pumping capabilities, normal or standard features, etc.) 7. What is the minimum time required after date of award required to deliver completed pumps? What is the maximum number of pumps that you can deliver per month? 8. What type of support is normally available with your product (e.g. commercial manuals, maintenance information or instructions, parts listings, parts support, a network of dealers to support us, etc.) 9. Explain your system for providing spare parts and tools for your pumps and during the service life of the pump. 10. How long is the service life of your product in the commercial world? Do you offer spare or replacement parts, tools and technical support for the expected life of the product? 11. Have you ever provided technical manual supplementation on a military contract? Please elaborate. 12. Are your commercial technical manuals available in electronic format on a compact disc?
