Description

The Government's lease is expiring and the General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 23,805 rentable square feet yielding approximately 16,700 usable square feet of office and lab space, and 4,000 usf of warehouse space. Additionally, 21,715 usf of secured ware yard (parking) will be required. Delineated area: Jefferson Hwy (Rt 73) beginning at College Drive to Old Hammond Highway (Rt 426), to S. Sherwood Forest Blvd., to Siegen Lane (Rt 3246), to Perkins (Rt 427), to College Drive. LEASE TERM: 10 years/5 years firm. The government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. Prospective offers will be weighted taking into account moving, telecommunication, and tenant improvement costs when deciding whether it should relocate. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than May 15, 2002 and should include the following information: Address/location of site, legal description, square footage, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted, name of recorded owner, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Authorized contacts: In no event shall the offeror enter into discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy within 120-180 days of receipt of design intent drawing. Approximate occupancy: January 5, 2003.
