Description

Pre-Invitation Notice for Technical Media Systems Retrofit, U.S. Courthouse, 123 E. Walnut Street, Des Moines, IA 50309, JOB PCN AIA22850, IFB o/a 05/16/02 Time for completion 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. No document charge or deposit is required. Estimated cost range $100,000 to $250,000. Project involves all labor and material to construct the infrastructure for the Technical Media System Retrofit of the second floor courtroom. This work includes but is not limited to, building a new Jury Box, Court Reporters Desk, Witness Stand, altering the Judges Bench, Trenching and repair of floor and walls to install conduits and boxes for the media Support. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. There is a 10% price evaluation factor for hub Zone Small Business and a 10% Price Evaluation Adjustment for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. Note: To order plans and specifications, please FAX your request on your company letterhead to (816) 823-2273. To be a valid request, the request should be signed and must include one of the following forms of identification: (1) Company's current business license, (2) a valid Dun and Bradstreet number or (3) your company's tax identification number.
