Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial parts prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG44-21-02-A009. The solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The standard industrial classification code is 3577 and the size standard is 1000 employees. The requirement is for (1) each DiagnoSYS Systems 144 PIN functional test system with 240 PIN reverse engineering, schematic capabilities, analog options, signature analysis and data capture and 2 sets of smt clip kits; (1) each P2-500 DIL, DIL-IC Test & development module; and (1) each P2-500-PLCC , PLCC-IC test and development module. This equipment must integrate with existing Diagnosys System Equipment on site. Prices are to be FOB DESTINATION. Delivery required 7/15/2002. The government will award a contract resulting from this soliciation to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offer: Price, required delivery date. The following FAR clauses will apply to this solicitation: 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small business Set-Aside. Offers are due on 05/16/02 4:00PM EST to USCG, C2CEN, (757) 686-4018. All questions are to be submitted in written format, either fax or e-mail.
