- FURNITURE MUST BE ON BASE BY 10 MAY 2002. CONFERENCE FURNITURE LITTLE ROCK AFB, AR This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01. Solicitation provision at FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, applies. Award will be based on best value to the Government, taking into consideration delivery, price and price related factors. Award will be made to the lowest price Offeror best demonstrating the ability to satisfy the technical capabilities of the items specified. Offerors of any equal must provide descriptive literature to this office for evaluation prior to close out date stated above. Offerors are encouraged to include information regarding these evaluation factors in their quotes. All line items will be awarded on a single purchase order.
