- NSN: 3040-01-025-2832 PR: YPC02073000646 Ring, Piston. Approved sources are: Honeywell Intl Inc. (59364), Service and Sales Inc. (59915) and Precision Rings Inc. (99121) P/N 859989-46. Qty 189 ea to be delivered to PTZ 110 days after date of award. Qty 2,699 ea to be delivered to FHC 110 days after date of award. Item 5001 maximum option quantity for NSN: 3040-01-025-2832 option qty 2,888 each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 05/15/02 at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: 59364, 59915 and 99121. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
