Description: The FDA intends to award a contract for renovations to the lessor of the building at 7500 Standish Place, Rockville, MD. The lessor is PS Business Parks, Inc. 2 North Charles St., Suite 101, Baltimore, MD 21201. The lessor is the only reasonable source for this service because the work is integrally related to the mechanical systems of the building. If another contractor were used for this work, the Government would be at economic risk for potential modifications of or damage to these systems.
