Description: 56TH CONTRACTING SQUADRON INTENDS TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER TO SNAP ON INDUSTRIAL FOR WEAPONS COMPOSITE TOOL KITS. THE AWARD WILL BE MADE ON A SOLE-SOURCE BASIS BECAUSE SNAP ON HAS THE CAPABILITY TO MEET THE EXACT COMPOSITE TOOL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING A LARGE AMOUNT OF SPECIALLY MODIFIED TOOL ITEMS IN SUPPORT OF AIRCRAFT WEAPONS LOADING OPERATIONS AND WEAPONS SYSTEM MAINTENANCE.
