Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: AUG 03. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 May 02. The anticipated award date will be 14 Jun 2002. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: Pratt & Whitney. No telephone requests.. AWARD WILL NOT BE WITHHELD AWAITING QUALIFICATION. Qualification Requirements ARE NOT AVAILABLE. Complete data to manufacture this part is not available. This part requires manufacturing and processing acceptance data that is separate from the blueprint and not owned by the Government. The production of these supplies listed requires a substantial initial investment or an extended period of preparation for manufacture. The data needed to acquire the item from additional sources is not physically available, cannot be obtained, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications to acquire this item from additional sources. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
