DESCRIPTION: SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON CD ONLY. The work to be performed consists of re-roof of three buildings at Dworshak National Fish Hatchery, and six buildings at Dent Acres Park. Dworshak National Fish Hatchery is located about 8 miles from Orofino Idaho. The roofs at Dworshak National Fish Hatchery are (62 x 84 feet), (83 x 68 feet), (20 x 27 feet). All three roofs are 4 ? ply Coal Tar Built-Up w/Gravel Topping. The new roofs will be 2-ply Modified Bitumen. Dent Acres Park is located on the Dworshak Reservoir, approximately 20 miles from Orofino, Idaho. It takes approximately 45 minutes to drive to Dent Acres Park. The roofs at Dent Acres are (41 x 33 feet), (29 x 22 feet), (34 x 29 feet), (32 x 21 feet), (10 x 10 feet), (10 x 10 feet). The existing roofs are Cedar Shake. The new roofs will be Sheet Metal. Co mpletion date for the work is NLT September 30, 2002. ADMIN INFO: The estimated cost range for this job is between $100,000 and $250,000. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 1761 and the North American Industry Classification System (NA ICS) code is 235610. The small business size standard is average annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $12,000,000. All responsible business sources may submit an offer, which may be considered.
