- NA The purchase of brand name or equal; 15 each Pump, water/trash, Homelite, Model 121TP2; 20 each Honda 1000 watt Generator, model EX1000; 10 each Honda 5000 watt Generator, model EB5000XK1A; and 4 each Honda 10,000 watt Generator, model EB11000. Delivery s hall be made FOB destination (FAR 52.247-34) to US Army Central Identification Lab-HI, Building 45, Attn: TAPCPEDH, 310 Worchester Avenue, Hickam, AFB, HI 96853, Chris Phillips, phone (808) 448-4753. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror s-Commercial, apply. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation ? Commercial Items ? As a minimum, the proposal shall contain (1) Descriptive Literature to determine product acceptability; (2) Listing of past performance (contract references, include name/address/phone); (3 ) Ability to meet delivery schedule; (4) Price/Cost for 15 each Pump, water/trash, Homelite, Model 121TP2, 20 each Honda 1000 watt Generator, model EX1000, 10 each Honda 5000 watt Generator, model EB5000XK1A, and 4 each Honda 10,000 watt Generator, model E B11000. Offerors who fail to follow the format and requirements listed in 1 through 4 may be found unacceptable. Proposals will initially be evaluated for product acceptability. Only proposals with acceptable products will be considered. Award will be made to the responsible offeror on the basis of the lowest evaluated price with acceptable past performance and ability to meet the delivery schedule. The government may award a contract based on initial offers received, without discussion of such offers; therefore, initial offer should contain the offeror?s best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint. If the offeror is unable to meet the desired delivery schedule, it may, without prejudicing evaluation of its offer, propose a delivery schedule below. However, the offeror's proposed deli very schedule must not extend the delivery period beyond the time for delivery in the Government's required delivery schedule as follows: REQUIRED DELIVERY SCHEDULE Items 0001 through 0004 within 30 days after date of award. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) does not apply.
