- Description
- The U. S. Navy intends to award a cost plus fixed fee order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-00-G-0325 to Raytheon Company, Tucson, AZ for services to support International High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Upgrade Program Production Readiness Reviews. Specifically, Raytheon will provide engineering and management support to the Government for their review and evaluation of the readiness of the Precision Navigation Upgrade (PNU) program to proceed with production. This order will be issued on a sole source basis to Raytheon Company, the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the HARMissile into which the PNU kits will be integrated. Note 22 applies.
