- Description
- NUWC Division Keyport is contemplating award on a sole source purchase order to Massmaicroelectronics for 16 EA of a microcircuit P/N: 8655316-001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00253-02-Q-0141 and is issued as a Request for Quote. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 2001-06. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business with NACIS Code 334419 and size standard of 500 employees. The requirements are to be delivered by Jan. 19, 2003, acceptance to be at Naval Undersea Warfare Ce nter Division Keyport, with FOB Destination. The following provisions applies to this solicitation, 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror ? Commercial items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification ? Commercial Items, a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 to be submitted with vendor quote; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items. Responses shall be due no later than 1600 PT on 10 May 2002. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement.
