Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center has an URGENT need for audio visual equipment and installation as specified in the original notice. However, the sole source designation has been changed to a "brand name only." Only the specified products will be considered. A solicitation (RFQ) will be issued on or about 5/3/2002. A SITE VISIT HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR 5/7/2002 AT 9:00 AM. VENDORS MUST NOTIFY PROCUREMENT IN WRITING OF INTENT TO ATTEND (TO ALLOW ACCESS TO THE FACILITY). VENDOR MUST PROVIDE VISITORS' NAME, PHONE NUMBER, COMPANY NAME, POSITION, REFERENCE 02TSB0030. This is a commercial item acquisition using simplified acquisition (FAR Part 13) procedures. Inquiries regarding this acquisition may be made in writing (via fax or e-mail is acceptable) (Title must include the reference number, 02TSB0030. A copy of the solicitation when released can be obtained from this site or requested in writing to cdoster@fletc.treas.gov or fax (912) 267-3132. Verbal requests for the RFQ will not be honored.
