TO BE A VALID REQUEST, THE REQUESTER MUST ALSO INCLUDE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION: (1) COMPANY'S CURRENT BUSINESS LICENSE; (2) A VALID DUN AND BRADSTREET NUMBER; OR (3) A COPY OF A "LEGIBLE" STATE DRIVER'S LICENSE. Invitation for Bid for the Indefinite Quantity Term Construction Contract for Omaha/Lincoln, NE and Council Bluffs, IA Area. Job PCN RNE22881. This contract is restricted to those firms having an EXISTING general construction office within the cities identified (Omaha/Lincoln, NE and Council Bluffs, IA). The construction office shall have been in operation as of the date of this announcement. Invitation for Bid o/a 5/20/02. Estimated Cost Range: $250,000 - $500,000. Time for Completion: 365 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed (for contract). Delivery orders placed will specify completion times per delivery order. Project involves: Furnish all necessary supervision, labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, etc., (except as may otherwise be provided for in the specifications) to perform the work required by the individual delivery orders. The work will be performed when authorized by properly executed Delivery Orders (GSA-300)'s which will be issued from time to time for various quantities and types of work provided for in this contract. This authorized work shall be performed only at Government-owned GSA operated buildings and/or Government-owned buildings or Government-leased space wheere GSA has either repair responsibility or authority. This project involves a Base Year and Two One-Year Options. No document charge or deposit is required. This procurement is set aside for Small Business pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The applicable NAICS code is 233320, size standard $28.5 million.
