Description
The Federal Election Commission intends to issue a full and open competitive Request for Quotations for the purpose of selecting a firm to conduct a business process review study of the FEC Reports Analysis Division. This project will require the offeror to examine the current methods of review, generation of notices to committees, and the tracking for responses to notices, staffing, space utilization, organization, work flow, management controls, administrative processes and the means of coordinating activities within the division and the FEC. Further, the offeror will relate the information collected at this stage to the impact that an expanded electronic review program will have on the areas referenced above. The final product of the offeror will detail the recommendationas designed to implement changes to RAD due to new or future programs such as electronic review, legislative changes, and document management. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611 and the applicable size standard is $5.0 million. At this time, no pre-proposal conference is planned for this procurement. The solicitation will be posted onto the Federal Election Commission website at http://www.fec.gov and onto the FEDBIZOPS website on or about April 2, 2002. Proposals for this procurement will be due on April 11, 2002. Questions concerning this solicitation should be sent to the Contracting Officer. Note: Offerors must possess a GSA Federal Supply Service Schedule in order to participate in this procurement as a prime contractor.
