- Song Bird Survey. SEE BELOW FOR CHANGE TO SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE INFO. Conduct call playback, point count surveys, for select sensitive songbird surveys. Project is located on the Chippewa National Forest, Cass, Itasca and Beltrami Counties, Minnesota. Desired date for starting work is June 1, 2002. Recommended contract time is 30 days. This presolicitation notice is amended with removal of statement that the project is set aside for small business. Project is not set-aside.
