- UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries intend to negotiate a sole source contract with RealTech, Inc. Pursuant to 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The proposed vendor will provide monitoring and mainenance for computer services. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that this is a unusual and compelling urgency for proprietary software available only from Realtech. The period of performance will be one year. This procurement is a sole source and the intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation will be issued.
