Description

Provide temporary service of one full time Dental Assistant at the Coast Guard Clinic located at Astoria, Oregon. This will be a personal service contract/order. This requirement will be accomplished utilizing procedure in Far Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Dental Assistant will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Supervisor, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, not to exceed 672 hours. Period of performance will be June 1, 2002 through September 30, 2002. The Request for Quotation will be issued on or about May 7, 2002 and close on or about May 17, 2002. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 621399, and the small business size standard is $5.0 million average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. NOTE: The solicitation will be available through FEDBIZOPPPS website at www.eps.gov. ATTENTION: Minority, Women- Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
