W X 15? L X 15? H. Func: The variable geometry components consist of two fuel driven actuators, (left & right hand) two bell crank assemblies. Variable geometry components operated the variable inlet guide vanes. Variable geometry components are piston operated and are mounted to bracket on the compressor casing. High pressure fuel is scheduled by the variable geometry servo, in the main fuel control to either one side or the other of the piston causing the shaft which is attached to the piston to either extend or retract. 13EA. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: 30 May 2003, 13 ea. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The qualification requirements for this item were established prior to 19 Oct 1984 and the requirements of FAR 9.202(A) do not apply. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001 The approximate issue/response date will be 19 June 2002. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation.
