- This acquisition is for the following item(s). Item 0001 NSN: 1615-01-268-1655GA, P/N: 212-015-501-113, Noun: Rotary Wing Blade, item(s) applicable to UH001N Helicopter. FUNC: Lift and directional control, DIM: 2' x 22' x 8 ", MAT: Metal Bonded, honey comb core, cobalt & stainless steel. The basic quantity is 13 each. There will be one (1) out year option with a quantity range of 1-39 each. Estimated total quantity will be fifty-two (52) each. No technical data is available. Destination: Robins AFB GA 31098, Delivery is 13 each on or before 31 March 2003. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. See WEB page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ . To Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (CAGE 97499), 600 Hurst Blvd, Hurst TX 76053, Justification: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
