Description

NA PRON: AX2C0179AX, NSN: 1615-01-199-4145, PN: 114R2050-35, Quantity: 100 each min./500 each max., this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 7 5507-5000. The required delivery with First Article Testing is 100 each 405 DACA, first article test report due 258 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 100 each 270 DACA. This item is restricted to Fenn Manufacturing Co., 300 Fenn Road , Newington, CT 06111, and The Boeing Company, Boeing Helicopter, Route 291 & Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solici tation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This part requires flight safety part and engineering test item. This part requires engineering source a pproval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to c ompete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This Acquisition co ntains technical data whose Export is restricted by The Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the Unit ed States without prior approval of the Government. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
