Description

NA Update to preproposal conference and official site visit information posted May 2, 2002, FedBizOpps modification 4 to solicitation DAAG60-02-R-0033. Due to limited space available, prospective offerors shall be limited to four attendees each, and must prov ide advance notice of their intent to attend together with the full names of all attendees to Linda-Napolitano@usma.army.mil not later than noon on 10 May 02. Attendance, while not mandatory, is strongly encouraged. The meeting room for the preproposal conference, 1:30 pm on 13 May, is revised. The preproposal conference will be held in Bldg 667A , third floor, DHPW Conference Room. Enter Bldg 667A, take stairs or elevator down one flight to the third floor. Follow the hallway on the left, until you reach DHPW Conference Room on your left (across from admin office). Commencing at 5:45 am on 14 M ay, the Government will conduct the official site visit of facilities that will be involved in performance of the requirements. This tour will start from Bldg 681, first floor, room 102. Remarks, explanations, and answers provided by the Government repr esentatives before, during and after the preproposal conference and site visit, shall not change or qualify any terms or conditions of the solicitation. Be advised that it is the government's intent to issue the solicitation on 9 May 2002 with a closing d ate of 9 July 2002. This will be on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561210 with size standard of $23 million.
