- NA The work consists of constructing Kate Aubrey Dike No. 2T by placement of Graded Stone A and Graded Stone C. The work will also consist of construction of Keyes Point Dike Nos. 1 and 2 by placement of Graded Stone A. The estimated cost of the work is betw een $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. There will be five (5) drawings. This will be an unrestricted procurement. To qualify as a small business concern, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceeding three fiscal years not exc eeding $28.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAICS 234990 and SIC Code 1629. The official copy of this solicitation will be provided on compact disk at no charge.
