- NA One Each Hydraulic Rough Terrain Crane, LINK -BELT, Model #RTC-8030, Series II, brand name or equal (see Clause 52.211-6), 30 Ton Capacity. In accordance with the attached specifications. ** (FSC 3950, NAICS 421810)** SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS War ranty: Full, 1 year or 1500 hour, with additional 2 year Powertrain and Engine Warranty. Replacement Crane: In case of new crane failure during the warranty the vendor shall provide (within 36 hours or being notified) a replacement rental crane to be on s ite at the John Day Dam, Rufus, OR. Service Response: In case of service emergency vendor shall be on site at the John Day Dam within 6 hours of being notified. Load Moment Indicator: Greer Microguard 434 or equal with Anti-Two Block & Kick Out Function Rated Capacity Limiter: Internal Warning LIGHT BAR Confined Area Lifting Capacity System: provides rated capacity limits through use of the Load Moment Indicator & with Load Charts, for THREE OUTRIGGER POSITIONS, (1) Full Extension, (2) Intermediate Extension, and (3) Full Retraction. 4-Section, Full Powe r Boom: at lease 90 feet in length.
